The Responsive widgets includes one for creating an HTML5 Video player. As one user pointed out this doesn't have flash fallback for older browser and also uses the browser default control bar. I did create a widget for Responsive VideoJS for the Flex widgets which does have this feature and it will also be available as an extension, standalone widget in the upcoming Flex XT extension widgets pack. I will add a responsive video widget with flash fallback to the Responsive pack if there is a demand for it.
