Publishing changes doesn't work

I have been trying to only publish changes - very small ones - but EW is definitely publishing the entire site every time. I am using 1.9 Beta Build 1432...

Where are you publishing too? EverWeb + Hosting or FTP?

What changes are you making to your site when this happens?

I am publishing to an FTP....The changes are: changed text on one page, changed links on another....But I see everything being published....

Are they all being published from EverWeb or all they being published to FTP.

What I mean is does EverWeb go through each page and publish them or does it just publish the changes but when the uploading starts, do all pages get uploaded?

Also what happens if you quit and EverWeb?

They are being published from EverWeb.
When I see progress bar it says Publishing and then tells you which file is being published. I see files being published I have not changed in a couple of years....And it takes a long time

Is this an older website that was made with an earlier version of EverWeb?

Does this happen with a new website?

What happens when it finishes publishing and you publish a second time?

Yes, it is an older website... Not sure about a newer website - will try later.
When I publish and then want to publish changes it does the same thing. I have not tried publishing entire site, maybe that would make a difference....?

You should try this as soon as possible so we can rule out whether it is something with the current project only, or with EverWeb.

Yes I would try publishing entire site and then after that seeing if the problem still occurs.

I don't have time right now to create a new site but Publishing entire site and then Publishing changes seems to have helped. Entire site took about 25 minutes to publish and changes only about 5...
