Hi, Just signed up for Everweb hosting. !) Our main website says it was published, but Everweb shows 0% of memory used. Is this because the DNS name has not propagated yet? (Just switched the DNS a couple of hours ago.) 2) We get an "authentication failed" on Sitemap Automator. Is this because the DNS name has not propagated yet? Or is there some setting I'm missing? 3) Is there a shortcut to get to the dashboard besides my services/view details/management/manage? Very excited to say adios to our previous hosting company and be 100 percent Everweb! Thank you! |

1. That will be updated daily once you log out and log back in. We're working on improving it BTW. Sorry for the confusion 2. When do you get this message? What method are you using to publish? Make sure you have selected the Publish to EverWeb setting 3. Not at the moment, but I'll look into adding this. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

1. OK—thank you. 2. It fixed itself after a few hours trying, so I'm guessing it was a domain propagation problem (was logged onto Everweb via Sitemap Automator) 3. That would be useful—I imagine that's where I will go the most. Thank you, Paul! |
