Until now, I hadn’t even considered making an image map widget since these can be created in the same way we did it in iWeb. I had a request from an EverWeb user who needed to create an image map in a modal popup. The modal window to be opened by a “buy button” and the window to display an image map via an iframe. Using text boxes for the image map to open links in the same site is not possible since these linked pages need to open in a full browser window rather than in the iframe. This requires the link target to be set to “top”. Both the modal and the image map widgets can be seen on this page. The Image Map widget has a control for adding a title attribute if a tooltip is required on hover.
