Version 1.8.0 problems with saving

User: Marino M. 10 years ago
In the new version 1.8.0 i have major problem with saving each modification.

I published in a local folder, that happens in a sec, and when i look at the site there is no modification.
Same problem in the local folder, when a look at the page in the local folder, there is no change.

Looks like there is no saving.

I tried with a new testsite, same problem there. Saved in local folder failed

Have you tried going to File->Publish Entire Site?

I did the following :

makes some changes en publish Entire Site. That works
When I make soms changes en publish only those pages, than nothing is saved.

However, in the case that I saved the entire site (thats works) and when i restart Everweb my changes are gone again.

In the directory which i using to save the pages I found the pages back with the changes.
However, when i found an other directory (66D58BCA98DD45A7A128F773F95B1D29.everwe) by clicking right on the project in the window with my projects and when i open this one there is no changes saved.

with 1.8.1 the problem still remain.
Restrating the programme means losing each new changes.

I'll need you to send me your website project file then so I can take a look.

In the Projects window in EverWeb, click the arrow on the right next to your website and select the 'Show On Disk' option.

**DO NOT move this file from this location on your computer**

Please compress the project file before sending it to me by right clicking on it and selecting Compress. You can upload it at http://ge.tt or http://www.dropbox.com and send the link to me.

Make sure to describe the problem you are experiencing when you send your email.
