I keep seeing Paul telling users they need to copy the crash reports and send them to EW, and that crash reports only go to apple. Does this mean that when I click the box that says something like - Check here to send detailed crash reports to the developer as well as apple - that that only goes to developers that are downloaded through the mac store and not others? Or does it mean that no developers get the reports even though we have checked the box? |

There are two types of crash reports in EverWeb. If EverWeb quits and you see a report it will go to Apple and it will state this. If EverWeb does not quit and you see a report then it will go to us and that window states that too. What you are referring to is crash reports from the App Store that go to apple but that developers have access to in their App Store accounts. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
