I have renewed my software as it was a year old. I have sent the fund via paypal and and when I try to publish my website I get a message telling me I don't have an account which is incorrect. It's showing as paid on my paypal. It cost me $49 and now I can't do anything. I'm also getting this message (below) when I log in to my account: Invoice # 79272 Addon (EWS-6d0cfe3bbc624c419cfe) - EverWeb Renewal $49.95 USD Sub Total: $49.95 USD Total Due: $49.95 USD It's saying I owe this amount however I paid this last week. Did you log out and log back into EverWeb? If so and it still doesn't work, please contact support by pressing the Open Ticket button in the menu bar. Also, if you paid my echeck in PayPal the account would get activated until the echeck clears. This post is a duplicate from above. Initially my account had a note next to it - I think it said expired (from memory) but now it says active however it still isn't working. Kind regards, Joel Last edit 11 years ago |
