Sorry for the lack of details. i current have the actual mobile page ticked as a mobile device and the index is pushing the page to the actual mobile page however it still won't link correctly.

According to the redirect code the mobile page is :

http://www.bloomingcircus.com/circus-workshops-for-schools.html

But the page does not exist.

Hey Jumbo, thanks a lot. I know its unusual because the page does exist. Ive tried uploading it again. Very unusual.

If you haven't gotten it to work yet-
You said you have the mobile page ticked as a mobile site. On the desktop page, did you scroll down and click the mobile settings and enter info there to redirect your home to mobile home?

Hi I did and it still doesn't work. I have now untucked everything and for some reason my website has become completely unresponsive to any mobile device. I need this sorting. it's like the index is forcing visitors on mobile devices to a page which doesn't exist. If this is the case could anybody point me to the file which needs deleting in my ftp directory?

This page was updated Thursday, 23 April 2015 :

http://www.bloomingcircus.com/index.html

It redirects to this non-existing page on mobile devices :

http://www.bloomingcircus.com/circus-workshops-for-schools.html

To link it to the proper page, select the index page in EW.

In the Inspector go to Mobile Settings (Click the Triangle to expand)

Select "One of my Pages" in the popup menu

Select the page you want to redirect to in the Page popup menu.

Publish.

In addition to what Jumbo suggested above, also try the publish entire site option under the File menu.

Hi.
I have done everything and it's not allowing anybody from a mobile visit my website. I'm definitely pointing it correctly, I've uploaded and altered settings then reuplaoded. could there be an old file from my initial upload which has effected the mobile website. something which is pointing visitors to a page which no longer exists? If so what would this file be called.

This is now a big problem for my business.

HEEEELP ;)

Let's see.

This page :

http://www.bloomingcircus.com/index.html

was ceated :

<meta name="buildDate" content="Thursday, 23 April 2015" />

and still redirects to :

window.location = "/circus-workshops-for-schools.html"+vars;

which still does not exist.

Solution : Edit the index page and choose another mobile page to re-direct to.

You're the only one who knows which pages you have and where you put them on the server.

This turned out to be an error with my host. They blacklisted me due to multiple uploads. I called them and they said I wasn't blacklisted and a week later they went back on there word. Thanks to all for your help.

Joel.
