How do I make anchor links?

User: Daniel B. 11 years ago
Is there a way in Everweb to do this? I wish under "Hyperlinks" in the inspector "Link to an Anchor" was an option. Am I missing something?

Is the best way to use HTML snippets?

I used Everwebcodebox.com widgets, but it has been difficult for me to get the page to scroll to where the anchor is; it seems to high or too low.

If I have want to link anchor link on a DIFFERENT page, is there a way to get a "Link to one of my pages" to link to the anchor on that page?

Any help appreciated.

Thank you!

When using the smooth scrolling anchor widget, you need to be prepared to experiment a little with the position of the anchor and understand how content height in relation to the browser window height can effect this for anchors placed towards the bottom of the page..

There's a pair of widgets to create links to anchors on another page.

Thanks, Roddy.

1) The link is rendering underlined, even though I selected "none (Arial 14) (This is for the different pages widget). Ideas?

2) I can't think of what I was gonna say!

Change...
text-decoration:underline
to ...
text-decoration:none

Thank you! But I do I get to the HTML in your widget? (Or in Everweb, generally?)

(Love your widgets and love your website—learning a lot! And thanks of talking the time to help!)
