Images look poor quality on website

User: Douglas S. 11 years ago
I just updated my website: www.thewritersscribe.com. It seemed to go fine. However, the images I changed on my pages show as low resolution images. I did Changes Only, then the entire site, no difference. It looks like high resolution in EverWeb. I can see the files in the media tab and they look high resolution. I initially updated my images in EverWeb by first selecting the image to update, then used the Choose in the menu. That re-applied the sizing. Then I thought that might be the problem, so I just inserted the new pictures and re-sized them, then deleted the old picture on the page. No difference. I am using the latest version of EverWeb, 1.7.5, build 1343. Thanks for any help. I am using 10.10.3.

Are you adding the @2x at the end of the image name? image-name@2x.jpg
Size the image to double the size you will display. So if going to display at 300px wide, size the image at 600px wide and add @2x to end of image name. Then put it on the page at 300px wide and it should show the higher resolution after publishing
