| Create an object in the body of an ordinary web page e.g. a text box. Fix position on scroll on the object. Next copy and paste the object. On the copy of the object turn off 'fix position on scroll'. You can move the object outside of the page margins and into the header or footer as if the option (or allow free dragging) was still set on even when it's set off. | |
