Hi, I have created an image gallery for somebody in the hope they could download their larger images from there. However when the images are displayed full size there seems to be no way of downloading them using the usual right mouse click. There is no "save image" or "save image as" At least in Safari there is none. Can't drag them either. It just drags a short URL with either "previous" or "next" as text. The option save linked file does nothing either. Just a zero byte file. Is there any way to achieve this at present? -Paul- |

| When right-clicked is there an option to View Image? If so, click that, it will give you a window with that image and the option to save it should be on right-click on that screen. | |

No, there is no option which does that. There is open link in new tab, but what that does is to open the page with the thumbnails again. I tried with Firefox and it doesn't work either. Temporarily I am creating web-pages using Aperture and iPhoto. Both create pages on which the image can be downloaded. However this is not a good solution for me. -Paul- |

Thanks for the response. I appreciate too, that in most cases you probably don't want people to be able to download your images to easily. So if you do come up with a solution then if it could be optional that would be very good. Thanks -Paul- |

| As an illustrator, it would be great if there would be a way to download images from our gallery. Right now, images are viewable but unfortunately, they can't be printed out to bring to a meeting. Please consider making this a feature. | |

Hyperlinks in sliders can be either the image or a hyperlink in the caption. Image links are easier to create if you don't know HTML. The T Slide is one example of a thumbnail carousel slider which can incorporate image hyperlinks... http://everwebcodebox.com/widgetbox/carousel/t-slide.html The URL in the hyperlink would to the image file if you want it to appear in the browser for download via control (right) click. If you want the image to download to the visitors desktop, you would link to a zip of the image file. Images can be zipped via the Finder file menu or with a the freeware YemuZip if you want the file to be also compatible with Windows PCs. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
