Auto-convert URLs and email addresses to hyperlinks

| In my previous version of EverWeb, URLs and email addresses that appeared on a page were automatically converted into hyperlinks when the pages were uploaded to the server. Now, with version 1.7 of EverWeb, that feature no longer works. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong at my end.
