Possibly separate Publish Site Changes and Publish Entire Site with a line

| It's happened to me twice now, on a large site. Probably just spastic me and not really a problem. But, accidentally click on Publish Entire Site, and you might as well let it continue. | |

If you press the publish button in the toolbar it will only publish changes.

I think the OP is referring to the fact that, once you click on publish, hitting the cancel button won't stop it.
