Blank Shapes Randomly Appearing

| I am working on a site and saving often. It has both regular pages and mobile pages. When I move from one page to another, I am sometimes finding a blank shape (rectangle) in my Footer section or just above it. It is not on every page. Using 1.7 latest stable release | |

I don't know what would be causing this. Did you delete these shapes? And if so did they re-appear?

| I deleted them and they mostly stayed away. They popped up again on a couple of pages. But that is the least of my issues with 1.7. | |

Are you sure you haven't added something or pasted something? If you are having other issues, please create new threads and let us know so we can fix them. I figured this out. Since there is not a truly blank template, this occurs when going into Assets and deleting the two EW .png files. If I do that instead of deleting it off the page, it leaves the blank shape that the text was on. That is the random shape appearing on my pages. Open the top template, open assets and delete the two .png, scroll down your page and see the blank shape/link |
