By mistake I opened a ticket this morning on this subject instead of coming here. The new version (1.6) has a feature "Option to not include new pages in the navigation bar so your entire site doesn't have to be republished when adding a new page" I can't find where to set this and I really do need it with my larger sites. When you press the add page or add directory button you will see it at the bottom of the templates window.
