I'm trying to recreate a website for a friend. The footer of all the pages on the site are a very light beige color. How do I change the footer color with Everweb? I suppose I could put a rectangle "shape" the correct size on the footer but that seems a bit jury-rigged is there another way to change the background color of just the footer? Thanks for the help! |

Quote: I suppose I could put a rectangle "shape" the correct size on the footer but that seems a bit jury-rigged This is in fact they way most users would create a footer background although the downside is that it adds yet another image to the page file size to slow download in the browser. You can use code in an HTML Snippet to create the footer background and content as I have done in the Widgetbox website. It's a lot easier to use a widget... http://everwebcodebox.com/widgetbox/layout/rectangle-circle.html ...which of course I didn't have when I created the site! ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
