When publishing sites via the built-in FTP uploading, sometimes it just gets stuck on "Connecting...", and then stops trying to publish. I've been told to publish to a folder then upload through an FTP client, which I know should work. All of the FTP login credentials and information have been entered correctly. FIXED ON 1.6fc1!
