Would love to be able to choose a Master Page from "Add a Page" menu rather than choose a blank and then set it to Master - a small thing but would be nice. I would also prefer to have the new page not display in navigation menu as default. One of the reasons is that sometimes I want to try a page before I decide whether I am keeping it or not. If the navigation is long another title is added and it changes the size of navigation. Since I always create my own I choose a "Blank"...then I choose to apply a Master I created.
