You can already do this from the shape settings tab in the inspector.

But still in ver 1.4 the drop won't go to the lower right of the text unless you use a lot of offset... And the drop looks quite different when you preview it. There have been discussions here as to whether drop shadow should even be used on a site, or maybe created as a graphic in another program then imported as a graphic....
