EveryWeb host info for third party FTP

Paul -

The site update time from making just a minor change is becoming a major irritant for me. I like EverWeb and I won't leave it for the iWeb sites I'm transferring but I have to pick up some time as it's affecting my billable hours. I can't/won't charge a client for the 50 minutes it take to check all files just to upload one minor change. The checking of every file is something I haven't run into before.

Can you give me the needed FTP info so I can use filezilla or similar to upload to the EverWeb host? I can force the change to just the page without everything else that way.

I know you're working on it and I know its a killer to implement and I'm just looking for a temporary workaround for now.

Thanks.

Uploading with FileZilla won't be much easier because in addition to the changed page you will have to find and upload the external files for that page. If you miss any your website won't work properly.

We hope to have 1.5 released shortly and then a beta with enhanced publishing released after that. Hopefully it will be available within 2 weeks.

I was thinking file dates would catch the external files needed but I can wait.
I like the program and I know your humping away on it.

Thanks for making yourself available.

Anything published by EverWeb has a file date after the date of the file on the server so it would publish pretty much the same.

These things will be improved in 1.6.
