I've posted about this a couple of times now. The kind folks at Rage sent me an email with instructions for doing it as well and nothing is working. We have a link set up on the mobile site (url's at end) so they can see the full site if they want too. It isn't working and I'm sure it's because I'm not understanding what I'm supposed to be doing. Since the "home" page is the only page of the website with that script to bounce to the mobile site it's the only thing I have to fix. I figure I can duplicate the home page with no bounce to the mobile site and put that link on the mobile site and they will see it. It's not elegant and won't always work because if they are on another page of the site on a mobile device and click "home" they will go to the home page that bounces them to the mobile site. So maybe I have to recreate the entire website for mobile users. However I understand that Google doesn't like that - a duplicate website. So how can I hide it from Google? This is what Rage sent me and I believe I set it up like this but it still takes you to the home page with the bounce to mobile page and so mobile users can only get the mobile site: from Rage: "You can set up a hyperlink on the mobile version of the page that would lead to a full version. Please note that mobile device users will still see the Mobile versions if they click on a usual link. To force mobile devices to view the full site, set the hyperlink to Link to An External URL under the hyperlink tab in the Inspector. You can link any text or object with this method. Mobile device users should then be able to switch to the full website by clicking your hyperlink." It isn't working. :( Any suggestions or comments about what I've done wrong? http://www.capecodairfield.com/ http://www.capecodairfield.com/mobile The attachment here is how I set up the external link.
