Please may someone explain how to have a pop up window appear as soon as you enter my website. So I need a little advert,image or video to play when you initially land on my site. Thanks. |

To easily add any kind of content it's probably best to create this on a separate page in EverWeb and display it in a popup iframe. thanks, but i still don't get it... the colorbox it's a widget? i already saw the info on those pages but i dont know the steps that i have to take... can you explain me a little bit more specific? thanks again.

Colorbox is a jQuery plugin. You would need to create something like this using code. There is no widget for it that I know of. If you just want a text or image popup there are probably simpler methods. You would need to Google the subject and see if you can find anything that would suit your purpose. I made a widget that will popup an image with a variable time delay. You can see it here… http://everwebcodebox.com/widgetbox/more/popup-image.html I'll make another one that uses an iframe when I get some time.
