I would like EW to be able to copy all attributes of an object / hyperlink / text block etc. and paste it onto another. For instance; I like to make hyperlinks on words/pieces of text inside text blocks; they all have to look the same. Now I have to click 9 times for each hyperlink to look the same, which is very annoying. 6 times to give normal/rollover/visited the same color and 3 times to turn underline off. By the way, I think it would be useful to set underlining off as default and visited color the same as normal. Last edit 11 years ago |

Have you tried the default styles under the format menu? The underline options in there don't currently work but we will fix that soon ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Thanks Paul and Roddy; these options really are helpful for the example I gave. But, although it makes my request less urgent, I still would like a common copy and paste option for attributes, formatting etc. It would make EW more flexible. What I like about most Apple/Mac apps is that there are different options to reach the same results. One time one prefers the first option another time a second or third one. |

Yeah, Having "Paste & Match Style" would be really useful when converting a site from iWeb to EW... It's never worked. S ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |
