Struggling newbie needs help with navigation menu

| When I drag the navigation widget onto the page, the menu bar is vertical, which is especially confusing since previous posts complain that Everweb does not support vertical menus. I can re-size it, color it, fill it, change fonts, but I can't get it to go across the page---like the one on this page. Any help appreciated. | |

I'm sorry I don't understand. If you make the width longer it will put all the menu items on one line across your page. Can you show me a screenshot of what you see?

See how you put all your pages in a directory? That makes them a drop down menu. You should create pages that aren't in a directory (or drag the ones you have out of the directory you made) and everything will work as you want it to. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

My son figured out that the problem was that I had all the other pages as "children" of the home page--as soon as we made them all co-equal, the navigation bar worked as you described. Thanks. |
