It would be great to have some help for localizing pages: - A possibility to select and edit a page for different languages - formatting of values like dates and times for different languages/locations - A menu widget where the user can select a different language |

It's a difficult thing to add because your design will change based on the language. A text box may have to be larger to support one language over the other, meaning your design has to be laid out properly. Right now I suggest making a master template for each language you want to support. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

| Sorry for my late reply. Yes, pages will have different layouts in different languages. But I think some general things could be added: For e.g. like in Apple´s Xcode programming platform, there should be a possibility in the settings to add new languages. Then, in the page tree on the left each page should show subpages for each added language. These subpages should have the same content as the root page (In Xcode the root is called "base"). Also the navigation menu should be language specific: all menu points should link to the selected language. How can the user select a language? There could be a widget which can be placed anywhere. This widget should be customizable: own images for language buttons, or alternative text, etc. Or there could be a possibility to set a language for own elements. | |
