Viewing Multiple PayPal Buttons

Multiple PayPal Buttons

User: Steve 12 years ago
I created one paypal button and it worked fine. Now on the same page I want to have multiple buttons with the info the same except for the name of the product. So I copied the first button and paste it, make the appropriate changes, in this case the name of the product.

The button works fine EXCEPT the price is 5¢ lower! Whaaaat? I don't get it... Making a brand new button would take a lot more time which I would like to save!

Any ideas?

I tried this out and the price remains OK.

Is this happening when you publish locally or to the server?

Did you give each item a different ID?

That was with a local preview.. And yes I tried with different prod IDs. I tried a different price for the heck of it too, still would change them.
It's not a deal breaker, but a pain if you have a lot of products of versions of product...

The real fix for me would be if PP made a checkbox type button!

Couldn't you use the option drop down.

Yeah, but it's limited to 10 items.

No, it isn't :

Forgot to mention, that I did hand code it to add choices, but the "drop down" turned out not to be what I wanted esthetically... Check box would be the way to go in my case.
