Not sure exactly what but i think having a live chat room type of thing on the forum main page could be useful for when you have a quick question to ask, often would like to just ask a question that probably has a quick simple answer but feel its a bit unnecessary to create a new thread for it, also could give a faster response to small issues. just an idea! |

Don't get me wrong the customer service has been great as you have proven replying quickly! just as i'm often under a tight schedule to get things done and i run into an issue, having some form of live chat room could get a much faster response to the issue. i suppose it would defeat the point in the forum though if people just asked questions through live chat as you won't have the inventory of threads with solved issues that people can use as a "manual" when they get stuck. i don't know.. it's a difficult one! |
