Viewing Images over 2000px in height

| I have a background image which is 980px x 2381px and for whatever reason, when I try and resize it using the inspector the Height will not go past 2000px. Why and how to fix? The image IS the size it IS and cannot be made shorter so that is not a solution/option. | |
