i have just moved from iweb to easyweb and generally all is good. my site has published fine. however, there are some problems with appearance : on several pages my footer navigations to the home page and contact me appear behind the text - mid page. also my left hand navigation bar has put the "blog" and "contact" me pages on the same line. when i created this in the program they were fine. any ideas on how to put this right? other than this i am really pleased with it my website is www.816counselling.co.uk thanks |

Hi Sue, For the navigation bar on the the left, try making the width of it slightly smaller and republish. For your other issues can you show what it looks like in EverWeb and direct links to the problem on your site. You can post screenshots here by clicking the Advanced button beside Post Reply. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

The EverWeb navigation isn't really suitable for using as a vertical one as you have discovered. The quick way to fix your problem would be using "My Blog" or "The Blog" instead. Does it make any difference if you add a couple or two or three blank spaces after the page display name in the page inspector? Your footer navigation is not actually in the footer. You need to create a footer div in the page inspector. Make it about 100px high and command drag the navigation items into it. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! In the Page inspector, uncheck the box for adding the page to the navigation menu, the check it again and publish.
