I keep forgetting to mention this because it doesn't happen too often and presumably only occurs in the scenario where content is lost when jumping from a page in one directory to a page in another directory. The problem with this is to doesn't happen if you try to do it! I would start adding text as HTML headings and in regular text boxes to a page and then to refer to another page in another directory to see if I was repeating myself. After returning to the original page, all the new content added in that session has disappeared. If it happened every time I would soon learn to save before changing pages although this shouldn't be necessary.
