login info to a new graphics person. If I load all my files from EW on my computer to a flash drive will all my info go too. It cannot be that easy eh? How will they have to set up on their end and will they have one click publishing ability? thanks for any info.

You need to send them the project file which can be accessed by visiting this URL; http://everwebapp.com/support/video-tutorials/backing-up-or-sharing-an-easyweb-site.html They can double click the project file to open it in EverWeb.
