I asked about this yesterday. Was instructed to send example if continued to happen. Did. Still happening with new pages... Images "Migrating Southward" after saved? Where do I send example? I was asked to make Quicktime image.... Here's the YouTube Quicktime movie: http://youtu.be/Q4jxA2I0cAo The amazonMP3 and iTunes images are supposed to be above the text "Listen / Purchase Farmer's Daughter's," etc., so you can see how much "slid-down" is happening. It is barely noticable at top of page but increases to be apparent as I scroll down... Having the option to insert images within the text boxes one day (like with iWeb) will indeed be helpful. Hi Lena, There doesn't appear to be anything happening in the video you linked here. I wanted to see what the problem is, but just seeing a video of what your site looks like afterwards doesn't allow me to understand what is causing the problem. Can you show me the entirety of the issue? For example, you said this happened after you opened and saved a project, so please show the entire process so I can better understand the issue. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Hey Paul, if you look closer, you'll see the images are actually covering up the text. The images are suposed to be up higher. The top image is supposed to be above the first line of text and the others are supposed to be over the second line of text. This is not a "what it's supposed to look like" video. The text is being covered up by the images. Thanks, Lena Last edit 12 years ago |

Hi Lena, I can see that the images are being covered. But what I want to see is where you placed them originally and then how EverWeb moves them... ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Hi Paul, I just sent you a message on another thread about this. I already deleted the YouTube (I don't want it on my channel...). How it should look: Just imagine the images not covering the text. Imaging the image has not slid/slipped down over the text. Imagine them nicely positioned. Imagine the text box above not having so much space at the bottom. That is how it looked before publishing. I think I got the first part figured out (less text per box). I was trying to make all the long-running text in one box, VS splitting it into smaller increments... Still having extra space at bottom of text boxes (I know how to do a text box with no space at bottom)... I can live with it for now. Thanks! Luck! Lena Last edit 12 years ago |
