So, first, I didn't type"links'" as part of the subject-line

I want to place images/media into text boxes... Can I with EverWeb?

I can easily in iWeb via copy and paste (it keeps things from "moving around").

Does EverWeb's page content "stay put" well?

Also, can I reset links' default colors?

I hope this works. I liked the freedom of not having to follow a "template" that iWeb offers, and EverWeb seems to have that (Blank pages).

Today, iWeb moved text serving as links above main text today (on home page) amoung other graphic horrors, and won't let me update or re-publish (can publish fine to folder on computer...).

Have done all the "delete the _...iWeb.plist," re-boots, manually removed and recreated all the "shapeimage_1_link_0.png"s that were attributed as the source of the error... have followed endless advice on fixes. Have attempted to republish site...

Hoping EverWeb works. Am looking forward to trying out the media adding options... Looks like I may be able to add a song-category library page easily...

Thanks
Lena

Hi Lena,

You can't yet put media or images within text boxes but the text and images will still move properly when resizing the browser text size.

We are working on this feature though.

Great! Hope you get that together.

It would have been very easy to rebuild the website if EverWeb could do that.

I thought I figured out how to set link colors, and thought I had "Format>Default Style" formatted for custom hyperlinkcolors, but they did not save as default... New hyperlinks are still that bright blue...

Thank you,
Lena

So Paul, does that mean text wraping is in the future, too?
