Adding Directories to Navigation

| I've noticed that when I try to add a directory to my navigation menu and then want to change its position (i.e. place it further up the navigation menu), it is automatically dropped into a subnavigation. There seems to be no way I can move a page up my navigation without it dropping into a directory. Any suggestions? Thank you! | |

Yes you can, move it slightly to the left. You will see the black line moves to the left as well showing that it will be at the same level as the sub navigation and not in it.

Hi... Rather than adding a new directory to my subnavigation, I want to add it to my top level navigation... but when I try, it continually adds it to the sub-navigation. Also when I try to duplicate a top level navigation page, it adds the duplicated page to sub-navigation within that folder. How do I add a top level navigation page at a later date? I've tried the draging to the left but it doesn't drag it all the way to top level, only ever to sub-navigation.... if I drag further, it just drops a page on my desktop. Thank you in anticipation for your help.... feeling very frustrated..... |

Ha! I just worked it out! Sorry. I clicked onto my page then added the directory from there. Sorry for being a bit daft. Cheers :) |
