A week of torment has plagued me. Since changing the File and Web page tittle pages on my site (www.jbpprojects.co.uk) I have been unable to load all the pages to the Rage Hosting site, despite raising a ticket via the proper channels, this has still not be resolved. Today I have deleted the EverWeb file and downloaded a new one, I have also restored the original file from my time machine which had previously loaded, but now when I try to load the original file this also will not load. I notice when I watch the file trying to load it is still referring to document file references that I am not trying to load. The system software is completely confused and despite loading the original file, it is trying to load the file I don't even have open in the software, I have tried renaming files and moving locations but to no avail. Does anybody have an suggestions? Being in the UK and dealing with the time difference in Canada is frustrating and every other 24 hrs getting a response like, 'have you tried relaunching it' is not helping me getting my site back on line correctly - I get the impression that despite Paul being great at his job he is obviously overloaded with work and can not support our issues on a realistic time scale, maybe more staff should be allocated to the EverWeb support system? HI Julian, Again, sorry for the issues you are having. Please remember that bugs and issues take time to investigate and determine what the issue is. Sometimes it is easy to fix, other times it takes time to figure out what is wrong. If we knew all the answers, the issues wouldn't be in there in the first place. I have been working on various fixes and have something to send you shortly to try. Remember, since I am not on your computer I cannot reproduce your exact situation and cannot know what exactly is causing the problem. Again, I am very sorry about this and I know it is frustrating. I will email you soon with a potential fix. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
