Now with EW's removal of the ftp info to change directory from WWW to public_html I can not publish changes and have them show up on internet. Have been working with support to no avail. have done everything they ask, sent screen shots, published just changes and entire site etc.etc. I believe I screwed the pooch in my c-panel but don't know enough to recognize problem. I can see that new files are going to the default directory WWW but WWW is not showing up on internet. Is there someplace i can go to find how my files should be placed in C-panel, i believe I deleted or moved a file that directs WWW to public_html. I also noticed that there is a file named public_html/www could that be where the misplaced or deleted file might send info upon publishing to WWW. Any help would be great, support I think is still working on but I need to update and publish by January 15, and am running out of time thanks Stephen |
