Please allow us to set as options horizontal and vertical tiling for Browser Background and Page Background settings. This would facilitate using images like this:  for both horizontal tiling across the top or vertical tiling on the side. It would be extra nice to have anchoring such that we can anchor these to top, bottom, left or right justification for the tile so as to accomplish differing effects.
