I take it by "full-width" you mean the full width of the browser rather than the content area? Using the centered layout, EverWeb creates a fixed with page. Full width elements need to go outside of this container and have 100% width. You can add a full width responsive background image as shown here… http://everwebcodebox.com/layout/backstretch.html To create something like a full width header you need to go out of the box - literally. Here's a Test Page with an example. This is done by creating a header div in a snippet and dragging it outside of the content area. It is not exactly straightforward to do and it's not something I would use for a website project at this time. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! @Robert.tilly The site you referred to is a fully responsive one where all the content will adapt to the browser or device screen width. This is not something that can be done in EverWeb at the present time. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I'm all for this feature. Headers and Footers than can be Dynamically the width of a browser. Maybe this feature links in with the development of site wide headers and footers... so you only have to make them once instead of copying and pasting them to every page... |
