Sometimes not sure which category is best: I now have 4 sites up through EverWeb, three very small and now the big one. Every other page, including home pages, on all four sites will open in iPad, phones, etc. and finger-expand and scroll. The home page on: http://harfordart.net will not scroll or finger expand at all. Links work, click and expand works, etc. I checked other pages with some of the same elements in them - all fine No page settings different anywhere that I can find The only thing I can see here that is different is the RSS feed on left Is there a way I can fix this? + still confused as to why jpeg images on all these sites (except those in widgets) will not drag out of site in browser onto desktop from EverWeb sites. |

Have you tried removing the RSS Feed to see if it is the cause of the problem? EverWeb inserts images as the background of a div rather than use the img tag. This is also the reason why you can't add the alt or title attributes for SEO and why I made the Insert Image widget. Otherwise you can use HTML as shown here... http://everwebcodebox.com/image/image-code.html ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! | I setting up to try both your suggestion and simply starting the page over. I seem to remember at some point, when first playing with this site - on the home page, playing around by checking the Mobile page checkbox - then unchecking it when I realized it didn't work the way I was thinking. Maybe something got onto the page that way that would restrict enlarging and scrolling. It might take a while, my iPower caches and sometimes gotta wait, especially if changes are minor - definitely them, checking on other machines. | |

| It WAS the RSS feed. Here's the link I used: http://feeds.feedburner.com/SfurnerFineArt - where it goes it identifies it as a reader feed. But this is NOT her full site. The site is: http://sharonfurner.blogspot.com - the feed led to her site for about a week, then there was some kind of switch in site design and as far as feeds, there seems to only be this reader size option now. I went to her full page source, and all three feed address lead to the same mobile page. I'll settle for a normal link on my site page. This was simply too much frustration for someone hanging in there by the fingernails. | |

Just got into Everweb...loving it so far....I'm building a test site for a client and the key feature is having RSS feeds with featured images. I've found that when feeds are included on the mobile page it won't scroll on iPad or phone. Take them off and it's fine...I've read the above and can't spot a solution....Any thoughts? |
