Viewing Scrolling Problem

When I am creating a page, it does not scroll, If I grab an edge and pull a little the scroll bar appears and if I am very quick I can grab it before it disappears. Or, I can create a text box and drag it around to continue. Also the Inspector does not scroll at all. I can only get to what I can see on the screen which is the background color. I cannot get to the things below that. Any thoughts on this? Thanks. |

Try this. Open your Mac System preferences Click on "General" at the top left.
