I need users to be able to download a PDF form from a web page that they then can print out. I can't find a way to do it, and when I try to open media:open:xfile.pdf the application says "the database can't open, the application will now quit" | |

Hi Chris, Just add an object and then select 'Enable As Hyperlink' from the Inspector (second last tab). Then select your PDF file. You can also link a text object if you like. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Paul, I put an small thumbnail image on my page & set it to "Enable as Hyperlink" The hyperlink works even though the image isn't shown? I've tried three different browsers and its all the same. What am I missing here? Never mind.... In reading through another question about png & jpg opacity, I went back through my settings and found my problem. Last edit 10 years ago |
