| I want to create the same header and footer for every page. Is it possible to create a standard footer that would update all the pages if I make a change to it? | |

Not yet. What you are referring to are Master Pages. That is something, Ragesw is working on. Until then you'll have to copy & paste your header and footer manually onto every page, or create a "master page" with the header and footer you want, and duplicate the page each time you want to add a new page. But that means that changes to the header / footer will have to made manually to all existing pages for now.
