Request to wipe content from the server / prevent single pages from getting published

User: pumpkin 12 years ago
Helloes,

I wonder if we will get an option to "wipe" content of a homepage form the server before uploading the whole site again. I ask because I have pages still online and accessible that I deleted in EverWeb months ago. I happened to stumble upon such a site, using google. So an option to "wipe and upload entire site" would be nice.

And while I'm at it, an option to prevent single pages from being uploaded would be awesome too. I have pages that I use for testing or even a blank page that I use to duplicate for new pages. All this stuff gets uploaded and is accessible.

Can we have that?

Cheers,
Darian

The question of deleting redundant files on the EverWeb server has been raised before and I would image it will be implemented in due course.

In the meantime, you can prevent pages being seen by adding a meta refresh in the Head Code that directs the visitor to your Home page - or any other page.

<meta http–equiv="refresh" content="0;url= page-name.html" />
