For some reason I can only access the video tutorials in Chrome, Firefox, and Youtube, but don 't seem to be able to access them in Safari, where I only get the transcripts—with the rest of the page blank. Has anyone else experienced this?

Can you post a screenshot here of what your web browser looks like in Safari?

I've got the screenshot to attach but don't know where to find the Attach button that I thought was on this page that I used in the earlier Beta forum. (It was on the same page with the formatting options at the top such as Italics, Bold, etc.) p.s. This is not a "Best Answer" which I mistakenly clicked thinking I need to check that to send this along!) Last edit 12 years ago |

You need to click the advanced button next to Post Reply to add an image attachment.

| Here's a screenshot of the tutorials page, absent the actual videos that did appear in Chrome and Firefox... | |

| I did see "Advanced," then chose the screenshot (a zip file from desktop), saw its caption on the Forum page but saw no sign in my reply that it will be on the page so you can see it. Must have missed another button to click. Also didn't see a way to delete the post I just entered—I tried edit to remove the words but it kept appearing. | |

Don't zip the screenshot, attach the actual screenshot to the message.
