Guys, you're killing me here. Every time I quit EasyWeb and reopen it all my saved changes are lost. I've sent an email ticket to Rage - no response. I have the most recent update. If it's on my end, could someone please let me know? I can't update my site, add new info, etc. It's driving me insane. Thanks, Lilah www.lilahshreeve.com |

I don't see any tickets from you without a response. What is the ticket ID that you did not get a response too? The only reason we currently know of now that would prevent your website from saving is if you have renamed your project file. Did you rename your project file? ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

When I was having trouble with the images a month ago Rage used TeamViewer to check it out. I don't remember renaming any project file since I don't know how to do that unless I did something funky by accident. How would I know if I renamed it? It's still in library/applicationsupport/easyweb. And I'm sorry, I can't find the ticket. I sent it before this forum converted. Thanks. |

Do you open your project from the Recent Projects window? Or do you double click your project file from your desktop or somewhere on your computer? How many projects do you have? Post a screenshot of your Library folder so I can see the file names. You can take a screenshot by holding down the COMMAND and SHIFT keys on your keyboard and then pressing the number 3. An image file will appear on your desktop. You can add it here as an attachment by clicking the Advanced button next to Post Reply. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

You did change the name and that is why it won't save. Never change the name of your projects, you shouldn't be looking in that folder. I'll need you to send me your website project file then so I can take a look. Send it using this form https://billing.ragesw.com/submitticket.php In the Projects window in EasyWeb, right click on your website and select the 'Show On Disk' option. Please compress the project file before sending it to me by right clicking on it and selecting Compress. If the file is too big, you can upload it at http://ge.tt and send the link to me. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

| The file is too big for that link. I remember this is what happened last time so I sent it via YouSendIt to your email and that's when I changed the name - to make things easier.... yikes. Sorry!!! Can I send it to your email again? | |
