anewyouokc.com After it published it asked would you like to visit your website? I was having difficulty getting it to upload through the day. I couldn't find the area to change Name server. I tried one last time before writing here yesterday and it published, which surprised me, but I didn't know if the One-Click took care of all of that?? This is where my abilities wane. I love building the site but the technical part makes me a nervous wreck. This morning I'm trying again to find where I would add the name server and haven't been able to locate it. I now this is an easy answer I just haven't found it in the forum. Debi |

Hi Debi, You didn't update your name servers. You need to change your name servers with your current domain registrar. Domain name servers tell a domain what server to point too. They are two simple lines of text and you should see a field in your account to enter them. Delete all name servers you see in your account and change them to the ones you see below. After a few hours your domain will start to point to our server. Please allow up to 24 hours for your name servers to completely change online; NS100.RAGESW.COM NS101.RAGESW.COM ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

I changed the Name Servers and the site did publish, but I added some changed and tried to publish again it asked for a password if I changed anything. I put in the password and it doesn't accept it. Debi |

Now I'm in slight panic. My site has pages that look awful and I can't get the changes to go through. I went to the Cpanel yesterday to set up for email and changed my password but as I said before it won't accept it. I tried the old password that was sent to me and still nothing. Please help me fix this as soon as possible. I'm mortified at how my pages look. Thank you, Debi |

WOW..now I checked this morning and my old site is up. WHat the heck is going on??? I would rather it be up right now than the one I have here so that's good for now. I am just lost on what all is happening. I really won't have time again until Sunday and I'm not sure if you answer your phones on that day, but I will check again over the weekend and call either Sunday or Monday Debi |
