I saw the video on moving my site from iWeb hosted by you to EasyWeb. Where I would like clarification is what do I call this new site in "New Site". Right now my site is dustnlint.com with my iWeb title after it. I would sure like to get rid of that iWeb title. http://www.dustnlint.com/ODENHEIMERS_DU ... _LINT.html I've also deleted my old EasyWeb test site, but I can still land it. http://dustnlint.com/WOODSTERMAN_TEST_SITE/index.html The new one: http://dustnlint.com/NEW_TEST_SITE/index.html |

The reason you see the NEW_TEST_SITE in your URL is just because you entered that in the Site name field in the publish settings in EasyWeb. Remove that and it will work as you want it.

1. So Paul ... I would just leave the site name blank and it will be www.dustnlint.com alone? 2. My original question also ... I've deleted http://dustnlint.com/WOODSTERMAN_TEST_SITE/index.html but it's still there. 3. I have an account with you and you host my site and domain now. It's my understanding I receive EasyWeb free with my account. I will be renewing my account when it expires in the future. |

[quote:h4tz6mqi]1. So Paul ... I would just leave the site name blank and it will be http://www.dustnlint.com alone? [/quote:h4tz6mqi] Yes that's right. [quote:h4tz6mqi]2. My original question also ... I've deleted http://dustnlint.com/WOODSTERMAN_TEST_SITE/index.html but it's still there. [/quote:h4tz6mqi] Where did you delete it? In EasyWeb? If so it is only deleted on your computer. If you want me to delete it for you from the server I can. Please let me know. Quote: 3. I have an account with you and you host my site and domain now. It's my understanding I receive EasyWeb free with my account. I will be renewing my account when it expires in the future. That's correct, but we will be discontinuing the current plans so we'll have to switch you over to the EasyWeb plan on your next renewal. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
