Ok I worked for hours on a website. All the text got corrupted in my copy of Easy Web. So i saved my site, closed Easy Web and tried to open it. it said this copy expired and that I'd have to get the newest copy. Ok, so what exactly do I do... do I have to delete my older copy? What happens to that website I've spent hours on? Is it gone? Do I just install the newer copy over this or what? Thanks, Susan |

Hi Susan, Quote: All the text got corrupted in my copy of Easy Web. Can you elaborate on what you mean here? Quote: do I have to delete my older copy? What happens to that website I've spent hours on? Is it gone? Do I just install the newer copy over this or what? Delete your older copy and download the update. Your website project will still be there. You won't lose anything. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

I took a screenshot of what it looks like. I sent the screenshots via email as I don't see a way to attach them here. Susan |

Under the Preview and Submit buttons here it says "Upload Attachement" which is next to the "Options" tab. I've got your screenshots though. I have no idea how that would happen though. Please let me know if it happens again. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

[quote="lkrit":qb7ifqom]Hi I need a new copy of software..says I need 1108[/quote:qb7ifqom] Go to the Easy Web Announcement section under Board Index. It will be linked on a thread there. Just download, drag into your applications folder - replace the old version - and voila! When you open the new beta, you can click on your site and all your work will be there. ------------------------------- rMBP 15", 2.6 Ghz, 16 GB RAM, OS X 10.11.6, with 27" Thunderbolt Cinema Display www.cleetche.com |
