I have been trying to insert shapes and then give them a change of colour in the mouse over but this does not function smoothly. The problems encountered are as follows: 1) If the shape is an oval, on the mouse over the colour fill is partially the circle ... partially box, as if the fill is picking up the grid of the shape not the shape itself for the fill. 2) Multiple shapes on the page with the mouse over change of colour show the same problem of the colour fills jumping and becoming random half circle half square/rectangle. 3) If a Text Box is placed on top of a shape, on the mouse over, the shape changes colour when the mouse is on the shape but disappears when the mouse is over the text. this makes it difficult to place text over shape ... still have shape change colour function smoothly. I tried giving mouse over fill colour to the text box also but that too does not function smoothly. I am trying to create a design with circles and text placed on/in them which change colour on mouse over. I've given it multiple try outs but it hasn't worked. Has anyone else encountered this problem? (Screen shots attached) Easyweb, Please look into it. |
